Charles Rocket (1959 - 2005) passed away peacefully on October 7th, 2005 at the age of 56. His legacy will live on. Charles was born in North Weymouth, Massachusetts in 1959 and grew up in Watertown. He attended Emerson College, where he majored in drama and broadcasting and began his career as an entertainer. Charles enjoyed a long career in film, television, and voice acting. He is most known for his memorable roles on "Saturday Night Live" (1981-85), "Almost Grown" (with Tim Daly, 1988-89), "Ohara" (with Pat Morita, 1987-89), and "Cracker" (1986-87). He also voiced many cartoon characters throughout his career in films such as "Inspector Gadget" (1999) and "Robots" (2005). Off-screen, Charles was an accomplished painter, musician, and outdoorsman. He was an advocate for environmental protection and an active participant in many charitable causes. Charles will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and fans. He is survived by his two sons, his brother, and his former wife.
