Fred West (1941–1995) passed away at 53 years old on January 1, 1995. He was born and raised in England, and served as a merchant navy seaman before taking on a variety of trades over the course of his life. He was a talented builder and craftsman whose friends and family all had great respect for his work. Fred was a passionate, dedicated, sage individual whose counsel and advice were often sought after by those close to him. In his free time he enjoyed a good night out and was widely celebrated for his fantastic sense of humor. He is survived by family and friends who remember him for his compassion, intelligence and wit. His life was full of potential, and one taken away too soon. He will be sorely missed.
