Joanne Linville, aged 93, passed away on June 20, 2021. She was born on January 1, 1928 in New York City, NY, the daughter of Arthur and Evelyn Linville. Joanne received her degree in nursing from Columbia University and went on to become a registered nurse. She worked her way up to become the head nurse at theVeterans Administration hospital in White Plains, NY. Joanne was an active member of the American Red Cross and a longtime volunteer for the local animal rescue organization. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, always involved in the community, and an inspiration to her family and many friends. She will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Joanne is survived by her daughter Ann, son-in-law Michael and five grandchildren.
