Williams was an actress who was born in 1943 in Van Nuys, California. She was best known for her role as Shirley Feeney on the television sitcom Laverne & Shirley, which aired from 1976 to 1983. Williams also had roles in the films American Graffiti in 1973 and The First Wives Club in 1996. In addition to her acting career, Williams was also a singer, and she released a solo album in 1980. She was married to actor Bill Hudson from 1968 to 1978. Williams died on January 25, 2023, at the age of 75.
