Vic Morrow, the well-known actor from the Bronx, New York, passed away peacefully on July 23rd, 1982. He was 53 years old. Morrow began his career in acting in the 1950s, starring in numerous films and television shows. He was best known for his critically acclaimed roles in the movies Blackboard Jungle, Valley of the Dolls, The Bad News Bears, Capricorn One and The Bad News Bears in Breaking Training. Morrow was also widely recognized for his role as Sergeant Chip Saunders in the hit series Combat!, which ran from 1962 to 1967. Vic Morrow was a remarkable actor who left behind an impressive body of work. He will be remembered for his prolific career and the legacy he left in the entertainment industry.
