Vinod Mehra (1945-1990) passed away peacefully on 30 October 1990. He was 45 years old. Born in 1945 in India, Vinod made his debut in the film industry as an actor in the late 1960s. He was one of the leading actors in Indian cinema, appearing in over 150 films. Vinod won every fans' heart with his charismatic and charming act in several television series. His love for acting made him a part of Indian cinema for over 25 years, taking interest in both commercial and critically acclaimed films. His celebrated films include Dil aur Mohabbat, Jeevan Mrityu, Bemisal, Raj-Koti, Gambler, Chor Machaye Shor among others. He is survived by his wife Shabana, one son Rohan and daughter Sanjana. Vinod Mehra will forever be remembered for his stellar performance in the world of Indian cinema and the legacy he created. May he rest in peace.
