Anne Elizabeth Heche, 53, died peacefully on 14 August 2022. Born in Aurora, Ohio on 25 May 1969, Anne rose to prominence as an actor, writer, and director. After growing up in an environment of substance abuse and domestic violence, Anne attended New York University, where she completed her degree in drama, before quickly establishing herself as a successful actress. Throughout her career, she earned a Golden Globe Award, multiple Emmy nominations, and Broadway accolades. Her most notable performances include her roles in TV's 'Chicago P.D.', films 'Six Days Seven Nights', 'Donnie Brasco' and twice with Harrison Ford, in 'Six Days Seven Nights' and 'Volcano'. Anne also found success as a director and writer, producing the film 'Cedar Rapids', and the TV documentary 'Grace and Grit', amongst other projects. During the last two decades of her life, Anne married Coleman 'Coley' Laffoon, and had one son, Atlas Heche Laffoon. More recently, Anne resided in Los Angeles and was the proud owner of a production company. Anne Heche will be remembered for her kindness, compassion, and passion for the arts.
