He starred in and wrote many of his own shows, including ‘The Benny Hill Show’ and ‘Benny Hill Time’. His work on television reached global audiences and made him a beloved character across the world. Throughout his career, Benny created many memorable characters such as ‘Fred Scuttle’ and ‘Mr. Belvedere’ and his influence on entertainment and comedy remained indelible. He was a true master of his craft and a timeless comedic talent. Benny will be dearly missed.
