On March 9, 2007, Brad Delp, 55, passed away in his home in Atkinson, NH. Born on June 12, 1951, in Danvers, MA, Brad was an American musician, singer, and songwriter. Throughout his career, Brad was a part of several musical groups and became renowned as the lead singer of the band Boston. He wrote and composed several of Boston's songs such as "More Than a Feeling," "Long Time," and "Peace of Mind." In 1976, his unique vocal style took the rock music world by storm. As a solo artist, Brad released his debut album, entitled "Delp," in 1984. He also collaborated with Barry Gibb, Alice Cooper, Europe, and Matt Sorum, amongst others. Brad was a beloved friend and artist, known for his musical talent and unique voice. He is remembered for his immense contribution to the genre of rock music.
