We are saddened to announce the death of Burt Young on October 8, 2023. Burt was born on April 30, 1940, and was 83 years old at the time of his passing. Burt began his career as an actor, appearing in classic films such as Rocky and Chinatown. He earned an Academy Award Nomination for Best Supporting Actor in 1981 for his role in Rocky. From there, Burt continued to appear in numerous television and film roles, appearing in over 100 titles throughout the course of his career. Burt will be remembered for his creativity and strength of character. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and a friend to many. His loss will be deeply felt in the hearts of all who knew him.
