Dorothy Ruth Stratten, born February 28th 1960 in Vancouver, BC, passed away in Los Angeles on August 14th, 1980 at the age of 20. Dorothy had a successful modeling career, being featured on the Playboy cover, and had ambitions to pursue an acting career. She was preceded in death by her father John. Dorothy is survived by her mother, Louise, and her sister, Louise. The life of Dorothy will be long remembered for her beauty, ambition, and courage.
