James Gandolfini, 51, actor renowned for his role in hit HBO series "The Sopranos," passed away on June 19, 2013. Gandolfini began his career in New York theater, appearing in productions such as "A Streetcar Named Desire" and "On the Waterfront." His breakout role was as mob boss Tony Soprano in the HBO series "The Sopranos," for which he won four Emmy Awards. Gandolfini went on to appear in numerous well-known movies, including "The Mexican," "Get Shorty," "Zero Dark Thirty," and "Where the Wild Things Are" as well as voicing a character in "The Munsters Scary Little Christmas." He recently completed filming the lead role in "Animal Rescue." Gandolfini is survived by a son and a daughter, as well as his sisters and other family members.
