John Aniston, much-loved icon of films and television, died on 2022-11-11 at the age of 89. John Aniston was born in New York in 1933, the son of actor and restaurateur John Anast. He earned his bachelor's degree from Carnegie Mellon University and began his career on stage in the late 1950s. John is best known for his role as Victor Kenraudahl on the television series "Days of Our Lives". He was nominated for two Primetime Emmys for his performance in the show. He made his film debut in Merchant Ivory's classic "Savages", and soon went on to roles in films such as "The Set Up", "Silent Hour", "Mama", and "Waiting Out the Storm". John’s final appearances included roles in a number of films and television series, including "One Night at McCool's" and "House of Mirrors".
