On November 17, 1991, Kelly Jean Van Dyke, age 33, passed away peacefully. Kelly was born August 9, 1958 to Richard and Cathy Van Dyke in Manhattan, NY. She was a caring, intelligent woman who loved to make people laugh. A graduate of NYU, Kelly enjoyed working as a nurse. Kelly is survived by her parents, her siblings Mark, Laura, and Peter, as well as her loving husband Brian and their two children Matthew and Sarah. Kelly will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.
