Mark Salling, best known for his portrayal of Noah 'Puck' Puckerman in the Fox television show Glee, has died at the age of 35. Salling was born in Dallas, Texas on August 17, 1982. His career began with small roles on television shows Gossip Girl and Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. In 2009, he was cast as Puck on Glee, a role that he played for the duration of the show, which ran until 2015. In addition to appearing in the show, Salling released two albums, Smoke Signals (2008) and Pipe Dreams (2010). Salling's life ended on January 30, 2018. He will be remembered for his time as an actor and musician and for the characters he brought to life onscreen.
