Maureen O'Hara (born Maureen FitzSimons) passed away on October 24, 2015 at the age of 95. She was born in Dublin, Ireland and was the youngest of six children. O'Hara rose to fame for her leading roles in iconic films such as The Hunchback of Notre Dame, How Green Was My Valley, Miracle on 34th Street, The Parent Trap, and The Bells of St. Mary's. In 1941 O'Hara was the first actress to play forfeited Duchess Anastasia in Anastasia. Later in her career, in 1991, she was given a Life Achievement Award by the American Film Institute. In addition to her successful film career, O'Hara was also featured theatre productions in the UK and USA. O'Hara was married three times and had one daughter. The death of this beloved actress stirs the hearts of her family, her loved ones, and her millions of admirers around the world. She will be missed.
