After studying at Louisiana Tech University, he became a schoolteacher for several years before ultimately pursuing his love for hunting and creating a successful duck call business, which eventually led to the creation of "Duck Commander." In 2012, the Robertson family rose to fame with the release of "Duck Dynasty," a reality show that followed their daily lives and business endeavors. The show was a hit, gaining millions of viewers and making the Robertsons into household names.
