Sib Hashian, the drummer for the classic rock band Boston, passed away on March 22nd, 2017. He was 67 years old. Hashian was born on August 17th, 1949, in Boston, Massachusetts. He joined the band Boston in 1975, and stayed with the band for nine years. During that time he was credited on two albums, Boston and Don't Look Back. In addition to Boston, Hashian also played with many other notable artists such as The Del Fuegos, John Cafferty, Karla DeVito, and Joe Vannelli Project U.K, as well as fronting his own bands Sib and ArcAngel. Hashian is survived by his daughter Lauren, his son Adam, and his granddaughters, and will be remembered for his passion for music and the joy and energy he brought to fans worldwide.
