On April 7, 1982, Brenda Benet sadly passed away at age 36 in Los Angeles, California. Brenda was a beloved wife to actor Bill Bixby, and a loving mother to Christopher. Brenda was an actress and appeared in a number of television series including Mannix and Marcus Welby, M.D. She also had a recurring role on "Dallas” and “Love of Life”. She was well-known for her charitable work, organizing events and volunteering to bring awareness to the victims of crimes and to those suffering from poverty and illness. In her memory, her family has established a scholarship at the William Bixby Scholarship Fund. Brenda is survived by her husband Bill and their son Christopher, as well as her mother, brother and two sisters. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and fans.
