Robert Hansen, passed away on August 21, 2014, at the age of 75. He was born in 1939. Robert was a successful businessman and community leader from the Greater New York City area. He attended the University of Central Florida and went on to found a successful gas station chain and real estate investment firm. In his personal life, Robert was an avid outdoorsman, having recently summited Mt. Whitney and enjoyed running and skiing in his youth. In recent years, he was a devoted member of The First Presbyterian Church in his hometown, and passionately supported charitable causes, including Project America and Feed the Children. Robert is survived by his wife of 47 years, Bertha, and his beloved children, Martha and Steven, and their families. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
