It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Loggia, who passed away at the age of 85 on December 4th, 2015. Robert Loggia was an American actor, best known for his work in films such as Scarface, Big, and Jagged Edge. After a long, distinguished career, Loggia was later nominated for an academy award for best supporting actor in the 1985 movie Jagged Edge. Loggia was born on 3 January 1930 in Staten Island, New York, before grewning up in New Orleans. After serving in the United States Army in post-war Europe, Loggia began his career by making appearances in various television shows and appearing in several Broadway plays. Robert Loggia's work in Hollywood spanned over six decades, making him one of the most respected and beloved actors of his time. He passed away in Los Angeles, California. Robert Loggia is remembered for his grace and talent as an actor and will be deeply missed by his peers, friends, and fans.
