Bob Saget, beloved comedian, actor, television host, and filmmaker, passed away at 65 years old on 2022-01-09 00:00:00 UTC. Bob was best known for his roles in the classic television shows "Full House" and "Americas Funniest Home Videos" where he displayed his comedic chops and wit. He appeared on the silver screen in films such as "Half Baked" and "Dumb and Dumber To". He also hosted game shows such as "1 vs. 100" and "The Neighbors". Bob wrote and directed his own film, "Dirty Work" and furthered his career as a comedian by writing and producing the comedy special "That Ain't Right" for Comedy Central. Bob was passionate about giving back to his community, having contributed to charities like Stand Up for a Cure, a charitable foundation that raises money to fight cancer. He is survived by his three children, and his family, friends and colleagues will miss his generosity and comedic talent.
