On December 22, 2014, Joe Cocker passed away at the age of 70. Joe was born in England, in Sheffield, on May 20, 1944. Throughout his lifetime, he had a successful music career. He gained national recognition in the United States in 1968 but rose to international fame with his powerful and iconic cover of The Beatles' song "With A Little Help From My Friends" performed at Woodstock. His beautiful renditions earned him multiple Grammy Awards over the next two decades. Throughout his career, Joe produced many hit singles and albums which led to international recognition as a masterful musician. His most popular records include Mad Dogs & Englishmen, Live in New York, Stingray, Civilized Man, One Night of Sin and Unchain My Heart. Joe will be deeply missed by his family, friends, fans and the music industry.
